Players in Papa's Pizzeria must work at four operational stations, beginning with the Order Station, then the Topping Station, then the Baking Station, before reaching the Cutting Station. Players need to obtain customer orders during this stage by noting down specified pizza options, including selected toppings, baking duration, and preferred slicing methods. After completing their job at the Base Station, the employees proceed to the Topping Station to add customer-selected toppings to their pizza bases. Players must monitor oven cooking time at the Baking Station before placing assembled pizzas for a proper bake. Last station workers at the Cutting Station use their tools to segment the pizza based on the customer-requested format before delivering it to the customer. The combination of executing each station process well alongside satisfied customers will produce tips that allow players to improve their pizzeria and obtain new features.
